Tandoori cooking originated in Northwest India near the Pakistani border, the birthplace of Grill of India’s owner Mr. Manjit. The Singhs opened the restaurant in the Lincor Plaza in 2003, focusing on local fresh cuisine with distinctive ingredients and techniques associated with Indian culture.
